Once you complete this course, you will be able to achieve the following:
To identify and articulate the different pieces of legislation applicable to food components (improvement agents, ingredients, novel foods), GMOs, foods for special medical purposes, contaminants, microorganisms and more
To understand which food safety data are required to demonstrate safety and gain pre-market approval
To find guidance and support from public authorities for food law matters
To stay ahead of regulatory changes (Sustainable claims, EUDR, and NGTs)
Each Monday (10, 17 and 24.03) from 09:00 to 10:30 am CET time and from 17:30 to 19:00. You only need to attend the morning or afternoon session, not both, as the content is the same.
The course lasts 3 weeks, and students can access the slides before the sessions and additional materials to enhance their newly acquired knowledge.
No, we have specifically designed this course for professionals without a legal background. The course is also suitable for foreign legal professionals.
The slides and recordings are accessible on the platform up to 2 months after the end of the cohort. After that, the written materials be emailed to you.
For university students, the knowledge gained through this course won't be useful to those without previous working experience.
No, if you are an individual or a Dutch company, the price rises to 786,50€, including the 21% Dutch VAT (136,50€).
If you cancel up to 14 days before the course's launch date, you are entitled to a 100% refund minus the transaction fees if they are applicable. If you cancel past that time and up to 7 days before the course's launch date, you are entitled to a 50% refund minus the transaction fees if they are applicable. Past that time, there is no option for a refund.
Yes, a certificate of completion is granted when you finish the course.
