Navigating the EU food law framework

  • The EU food law framework is often misconstrued as a regulatory maze, especially interpreted by those without a legal background like scientists and product developers.

  • However, it is well structured by a few pieces of legislation to preserve the free movement of goods and, most notably, the single market.

  • From decoding the roles of key food safety entities to demystifying risk assessment and management, our online cohort-based course guides you through every step.                     Navigate with confidence through the intricate web of regulations and guidelines.                       Empower yourself with essential knowledge to ensure food safety compliance in the EU!

Why the European Union?

  • The European Union is a unique market as any approved product can de facto be sold in the 27 Member States!

  • This represents an untapped opportunity as it opens the door to a market size of half a billion consumers

  • Last but not least, EU-approved products can only be sold in third countries like those candidates to the European Union, EEA members, Switzerland, and countries that base their food regulatory framework on the EU one.
