Unlocking the future of food with food law

Forward Food Law is a food law consulting firm in global food innovation founded in 2022.

We believe innovative food ingredients can remedy current food system challenges such as enabling protein diversification, rediscovering forgotten (traditional) foods, and making our food system more diverse and inclusive.

All innovative food ingredients happen to be concerned by a specific set of regulations - the EU's novel food regulation framework which determines how and if they can sold on the EU market.

Forward Food Law has supported numerous actors in the food supply chain to tackle this matter ranging from contract manufacturing organizations (CMOs), VCs, incubators, accelerators, startups, and research laboratories by giving in-person or online workshops for the last 2 years.

Committed to making food regulations more accessible to non-legal professionals, we are now launching a self-paced online course on EU novel food regulations
